How to Prepare for
Your Appointment?

Please disinfect your hands upon entrance.

Massage

  1. Eat lightly: It’s important to avoid heavy meals or alcohol before a massage. You should eat a light meal or snack at least 1-2 hours before the session.

  2. Have a shower: Take a warm shower before your massage to help relax your muscles and promote circulation.

  3. Arrive in advance: Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled massage time to allow yourself time to fill out any necessary paperwork and to relax before the session.

  4. Dress comfortably: Wear loose and comfortable clothing that is easy to remove for the massage. You will likely be asked to undress to your comfort level for the massage and be covered with a sheet or blanket.

  5. Communicate your needs: Be sure to communicate with your massage therapist about any concerns, problem areas, or specific needs you may have. This will help the therapist customise the massage to your specific needs.

  6. Relax during the treatment: Try to relax and clear your mind during the massage session. Breathe deeply and let your therapist take care of the rest.

Beauty

  1. Remove your makeup if possible: If you are getting a facial or other beauty treatment on your face, try to remove any makeup beforehand. This will allow the treatment to penetrate your skin more effectively.

  2. Dress comfortably: Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated. For example, if you are getting a pedicure, wear sandals or open-toed shoes.

  3. Communicate your needs: Let your beauty technician know of any concerns, preferences, or sensitivities you may have. They can adjust the treatment to better suit your needs.

  4. Relax during the treatment: Try to relax and clear your mind during the beauty treatment. Focus on your breathing and allow yourself to fully enjoy the experience.
